It's all good in the end. Flood a country with foreigners. Block all forms of discontent. Prevent people from even blowing off steam.

In lone people, especially in school settings, those type of actions(antagonisation, ignoring, and punishment of dissenting subjects) usually ends in a bloody school massacre. That type of action on a national level usually results in a violent civil war.
