The Beck Case

Quote:

"At the hearing, Beck denied that he wrote the website material. But the tribunal ruled otherwise after hearing evidence from a Toronto anti-racism activist, Shane Ruttle Martinez.Martinez told the tribunal he exchanged e-mails with Beck, posing as a female who shared his views. During these exchanges, Beck disclosed he co-founded a group called B.C. White Pride and helped write much of the content on the bcwhitepride.com site. After concluding that Beck was indeed the author of most of the material, the tribunal ordered him to cease and desist from posting similar messages on the Internet."

Not only is the Anti-Racist-Action above the law in Canada but now the law treats their words as gospel truth? Martinez is a proven liar by the mere fact he misrepresented himself. You will also note how the poodle press DOES NOT attach any pejorative labels to Mr. Martinez as they do with us? We are 'White Supremacists' and 'Neo-Nazi's' but he gets away with merely being called an 'anti-racism' activist when he has a history that is less than respectable to say the least.

Someone should forward this to Mark Steyn; he is on an anti-CHRC kick right now...I bet this would interest him.
